Booking Policy
Our time is precious to us, as is your's. We treat our guests, and their time with the utmost respect. To ensure our artists receive the same respect, these policies will be put in place effective Feb. 2015.
In - studio Airbrush makeup applications start at $135 a face and can increase based on level of detail and time needed.
I.e If prosthetics are needed or wigs assistance is needed or if any body parts that are not the face/neck need makeup.
Digital quote required prior to booking!
We do offer travel services for groups as well, To do house calls in October. & November we require a minimum of $800 in services to be booked and a $200 travel fee for Charlotte local addresses. Anything outside Charlotte proper is $ 250+ for travel fees.
For special effects makeup bookings we do require a 50% non refundable deposit to reserve your date & time. Should you decide to change your theme or look we do require 3 days notice to ensure we can properly accommodate your new idea & make any timing adjustments to our schedule.
Once your deposit has been paid via square. You'll receive a confirmation of your date and time from our booking app.

Late Fees:
We understand traffic can be a pain, and finding a new location can sometimes be a bit tricky. However if you arrive 15 mins after your scheduled time you will be subject to a late fee. Anything after 30 mins is subject to cancellation at artists discretion. Cancellation fee will apply & deposits remain non refundable.
***October Booking***
With Sept-Nov being our busiest season of the year, all bookings require a deposit to reserve your appointment time. Your time slot is not reserved until the deposit is paid.
In the event that you need to reschedule, we will be more than happy to accommodate you to the best of our availability. Should you choose to cancel your appointment no cancellation fee will apply, however the deposit will be held. All deposits & services are non refundable.
